Francisco Rodriguez is co-founder of Route2Grow, with more than 30 years of international experience in Mexico, USA and Europe in the FMCG sector. He has held Management and Executive positions in Marketing, Innovation, Business Development, Commercial Development, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, which gives him a solid global and business vision.

His academic background is Industrial and Systems Engineer, with an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico), and a General Management Program at IESE-University of Navarra (Spain).

He is a passionate driver of business transformation and sustainable growth, with a strategic focus on brands, innovation and customer experience, always committed to human development and talent, leading multicultural and multifunctional teams throughout his career.

He has successfully led the development and launch of a wide variety of new products, category development and business expansion, as well as brand relaunches and traditional and digital communication campaigns.
